Belmont House is a charitable, non-profit, Christian retirement home for seniors. Situated in one of the last remaining green spaces in the heart of downtown Toronto, Belmont House provides a wide range of programs, services, and resources for both our residents and the community.

A bit about us: Our first and second floors are independent living, and our third floor offers more living assistance, with attendants to aid our seniors in daily living activities. All residents of the home enjoy 3 meals/day and several snacks, daily housekeeping, and daily activities, all in a comfortable, home-like environment. Choose from several private suite types, all with a kitchenette, and private bathroom.

For those whose care needs exceed the retirement home level, our residence also has an attached 102-bed long-term care home (the Wellington - Long Term Care). This is a totally separate facility but is available to residents that require more assistance than can be provided in our retirement residence. An added benefit to The Wellington’s multi-level residence is the possibility for a couple who are at completely different levels of care, residing in the same building, and having daily access to visit one another.

Built in 1997. Located in downtown Duncan near numerous amenities and services including: The Seniors Activity Centre, Duncan Mall, Real Canadian Super Store and all that the downtown Duncan shopping district has to offer.

Very wonderful group of friendly residents who love to do things together. Residents Group arrange entertainment, winemaking and wine & cheese parties each month. They are helpful and welcoming. Wedgwood feels like home! Yoga, card and board games, Nintendo Wii, crib tournaments, luncheons, pig races and so much more! If you want to make friends, we will make sure you meet some. Evening meals, housekeeping and laundry services are also included. Families are welcome. Annual Sports Day. Christmas in July. The whole building, top to bottom, is decorated at Christmas time.

Built in 1998, the Camelot is located in the heart of James Bay. We offer a warm comfortable home environment in a quiet location, close to Downtown Victoria and a short walk to Victoria Harbour and the wonderful attractions and shopping of the James Bay neighbourhood. We offer a variety of recreational programs such as exercise, theatre, bingo, and more! Our seniors lounge includes a piano and a TV for residents' enjoyment. Salishan
The Salishan is a 188-suite non-profit sponsored Seniors 55+ Independent Living apartment building. With 148 Bachelor suites and 40 One Bedroom (Double Occupancy) suites, Salishan offers beautiful views of the local and surrounding areas, as well as mountain views. Salishan is located in the Lougheed Mall area within close walking distance to the Lougheed town centre. Salishan is also located close to the sky train and local transit, many restaurants, medical clinics, hair salons, drug stores and entertainment facilities. Heat, hot water, hydro and basic cable are included in the rent. The building also has a lounge with a pool table, ping pong table, kitchen for special functions and raised garden plots for tenants with a green thumb!

The Terrace is privately owned and operated by the Summer family since 2010. This completely independent living building is for social and active seniors with no cognitive, mobility or visual impediments & consists of 60 private apartment-style suites. Situated on 5.6 scenic acres and located in picturesque Glen Williams. Residents continue to enjoy their independence whether participating in community activities or planned on-site activities. Outside amenities include walkways, gazebos, water features, flower gardens, roof-top patio and a wooded area.
